Who is the Sports Instructor

He or she is a strong enthusiast of the sport he or she practices and is able to teach its basics, knowing how to interface with the amateur, the novice and the guest who is more knowledgeable about the discipline; through single or group lessons, divided by level. He has achieved in his previous course, certificates confirming his technical preparation.

Is integrated with the rest of the staff in all daily dynamics (lunch/dinner with guest, evening shows, etc.).

Do you want to become a Sport Instructor?

Unlike the ordinary sportsman, the instructor has deep certified technical knowledge about everything related to the activity itself.

This role is very important because it enables the guest to learn the art of the sport.

This is a professional figure, who while integrating himself into the most varied activities of the staff, is responsible for sharing with his “students” as much as can be taught in the short period of a vacation.

Imagine, for example, that you are sitting on your sunbed. Not far away, a beach tennis tournament is taking place. But how much fun are they having? You decide to approach, watch them discreetly and smile along with them, trying to attract as little attention as possible. You would like to join in too, but you probably aren’t even able to hold the racket when – “Hey Hi!, would you like to try it? I’ll explain how to do it…”

Here, the sunny, smiling person who is coming up to help and get involved may just be you, the sport instructor. Beach tennis is just one example, but there are many activities in the village, not to mention water-related activities such as kitesurfing and windsurfing and many more!

The Sport Instructor of STARS BE ORIGINAL

A good sport instructor possesses a fair knowledge of English and French, which will enable him or her to cope with a high-performing season even with international guests. Having a knowledge of different languages ensures more job opportunities.

To become a sport instructor, participation in the Stars Factory, the three-day training that takes place within an Italian hotel structure, is required, during which the resource will be catapulted into the world of resorts, through theoretical and practical lessons for learning the basics. It is only with experience in the field, however, that one acquires the true essence of what we consider the most beautiful job in the world.

The minimum age is 18. By investing seriously and professionally in one’s future, within a few years it is possible to change roles and even aspire to become an Animation Leader.
