Who is Stars Be Original and what does it do?
Our company provides service of entertainment for the greatest tourist companies in the world. Our 20-years experience gives us a leading role in more than 200 resorts in the most beautiful places in the world. Nearly 800 members of our staff work all around the world having just one goal: bring a smile on our guests’ face. We entertain 6000 people per day.
How do we stand out? With the originality we put into everything we do. Over the many years we have been in business, we have created hundreds of unreleased productions and built great stage shows.

We believe in Superheroes
Our twenty years of experience (we have a lot of experience but we are NOT boomers, eh?) have led us to always look ahead seeing ways that did not yet exist. We have decided to pursue innovation in one field, tourism, with well-defined parameters.
We realized, before others, that even the most beautiful job in the world, that of Tourist Animator, could evolve and decline into several new figures.
We did not stop before this new challenge because we believe in what we do and work every day to improve.
FACTORY
What is the Stars Factory?
Education and training are the secret of our success for us; through 12 Factories a year about 100 kids a month are trained, supported by a team of 12 instructors who prepare them in all disciplines. Nearly 900 hours are dedicated to training.
The Factory is a 3 days stage that can let the candidates experience the real atmosphere of the tourist resort.
3 days of getting to know each other, learning and taking the first steps together toward a new experience.
